Hello!

Give thanks you lot Niyma for taking your time.

The troubleshooter yous adviced was of no aid, and concerning the second method ít is unfortunately of no use. When I endeavour to import the same affair happens again and again: Windows asks me to connect a device and make sure it is not locked. This is quite absurd since the SD card is put in identify and Photos can prove the Pictures on the bill of fare. The problem arises when I desire to import the Pictures from the SD card to the figurer. This was no problem in Windows 8.1: new pictures were imported near automatically (they were selected automatically and and so I simply had to ostend). Now information technology all only seems messed up!

I simply insert the SD card in the SD slot on my computer. Do I need to purchase a dissever card reader likewise? There is something wrong with the Photos app. In some way it seems to believe that the pictures on the SD menu are already on the computer and hence need not be imported. The misunderstanding needs to be corrected.
